Orders
Sales orders — the origin of every purchased tenant (SPEC-tenant-origin).
Real (SPEC-tenant-origin): an order is a pre-tenant sales record. From CONFIRMED/PAID → Provision creates exactly 1 tenant with origin=ORDER (PAID → ACTIVE, CONFIRMED → DRAFT). Paying a provisioned order activates the tenant; Void/Refund after provisioning flags the tenant (no auto-suspend).
