Data is real (CP-F05): state machine trial → active → past_due → paused → cancelled/expired, and MRR is derived from the plan price (annual divided by 12). Each tenant has only one non-terminal subscription. Since the demo has no payment gateway, the “system” steps (convert/charge-fail/recover/expire) are triggered manually.
