Real (CP-F04): the tenant fleet by region/status and open incidents (CP-F15) mapped onto each tile. Demo: health score, error rate, p95 latency, uptime and alert thresholds — production pulls these from real-time telemetry (WebSocket 5s, polling fallback 30s). Health is shaped by real signals: suspended → offline, migrating/draft are capped, and incidents lower the score by severity.
